When performing a radius search from the Candidates, Clients, or Contacts grids, you can now choose between UK postcodes and US ZIP codes.

To ensure searches work correctly, the appropriate country (United Kingdom or United States) must be selected:

• Candidates: On the candidate record’s Details screen
• Clients: On the client Site Address (found in the client record’s Sites screen)
• For Contacts to be searchable, they must be assigned to a client site.
• Please note that US ZIP codes are not supported in the legacy search screen [Main Menu > Magnifying Glass > Custom].

Good to know

If the country is missing from many candidate or client records, or if contacts are not assigned to a site – rather than updating records individually, you can export the records to a CSV file, update the missing information in Excel (or similar), and re-import them.
