The CVs Sent goal and report can now differentiate between Vacancy CVs and Speculative CVs.

• A Vacancy CV is counted when you click Email CVs from the Pipeline Actions menu on a vacancy record’s Pipeline screen and attach a CV from the candidate’s record.
  
• A Speculative CV is counted when an email is sent from anywhere else in the system with a CV attached from a candidate’s record.

Notes

• Emails sent from outside the system (for example, Outlook or Gmail) cannot be counted.
• Updating a candidate’s Pipeline status to CV Sent does not count. Only emails sent from the database with a CV physically attached are counted.
• Goals for CVs Sent can be set up in [Settings > System Settings > Goals].
• Reports for CV Sent can be generated in [Dashboard > Reporting].
• You can add a CV Stats widget to your Dashboard.
