New Report: Vacancy Progression

The new Vacancy Progression report gives you a clearer view of how quickly vacancies are moving through your recruitment process.

You can use it to spot where vacancies are progressing well, where delays are building up, and how performance compares across consultants, teams, clients, or time periods. It is available from Dashboard > Reporting alongside your existing reports.

• Track progression from vacancy added to CV sent, interviews arranged, candidate placed, and vacancy closed.
• Filter results by date, consultant, team, and client.

You can now add additional contacts to a vacancy

You can now add additional client contacts to a vacancy, alongside the main contact.

This gives you more control when sharing CVs or sending automated vacancy emails. For each message, you can choose whether it goes only to the main contact or to every contact linked to the vacancy.
