Groups are now easier to manage and work with – especially when containing large numbers of records:
- Now in list view, and paginated.
- Quick Preview available when viewing a group.
- Groups can now be merged.
- Groups can be added to the Candidates, Clients and Contacts grids. This allows the grid to be filtered by group(s) and combined with other column filters and search criteria.

Groups are a handy way to make collections of candidates, clients and contacts. Groups can be private or viewable to all users. Groups can be emailed, SMS messaged and searched. With a candidates group, there’s an additional option to email their CVs.
