We’ve improved CSV importing for bulk uploading clients, contacts, candidates and vacancies. Found in [Settings > Bulk Import].
New features
- Tag importing
Tags can now be imported for all record types. - Social media fields
New fields are available for importing social media links, including:
LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, Instagram, and X (Twitter). - AI column matching
AI can now detect which columns in your CSV file correspond to the correct fields.
Important: Please review the suggested matches before importing.
Good to know
- You can download our example CSV files to compare with your own in [Settings > Bulk Import] and choosing the CSV File option.
- When importing clients and contacts, always import clients first.
- Although candidates can be imported via CSV, we recommend adding candidates by uploading CVs saved to a ZIP file, which allows CV parsing. This makes CVs readable for improved searches.
- If you want to update records in bulk (for example, to add missing information), you can:
- Export your existing records
- Add the missing information in Excel (or similar).
- Re-upload the file with the Duplicates option set to “Overwrite.”
