A new suite of AI tools has been added to help streamline your recruitment workflow.
You can enable AI Tools for all users in [Settings > System Settings > Company Details].
Features include:
- Candidate suitability scoring
On a vacancy record’s Pipeline screen, AI can generate a score for each candidate’s suitability for the vacancy. Look for the Wand icon to generate the score. - AI CV summaries
When parsing a CV from [Candidates > Add Candidate] or [Candidates > Web Import], AI can generate a concise CV summary. This can then be saved to the candidate’s Notes. - AI writing assistance
AI tools can help refine and polish text when writing emails, tasks, and journals. - AI job description generation
On the vacancy record’s Details screen, AI can generate a job description based on the vacancy information. - AI interview questions
Generate tailored interview questions for both the candidate and the contact. Available when adding an interview from a vacancy record’s Pipeline screen.
