Vacancy > Overview

You can clone a vacancy by clicking the ‘Clone’ button on its Overview screen. This can be useful if you need to create a new vacancy record that is similar to, or exactly the same as an already existing vacancy. The details will be copied to a new vacancy, but any journals or tasks won’t be included.

You have the option of also copying the candidate pipeline and any documents that are stored on the vacancy. Please note that if you’re copying the pipeline then the candidates will have their status set to the default status. If any automated actions exist for pipeline status changes, these will not run.
